Also, it appears Acronis TIH could also be the culprit, here is a thread from the acronis forums that stipulates almost exactly what you're experiencing.
I do not have the original RAM anymore - but just launched Memtest86 on my HyperX, let's see what it shows.
I also have an old Hynix KVR16LS11/8 4GB chip that I could possibly plug in and check the system then (btw - I think original RAM in my laptop was 1.35V as well).
Just confirmed... your issue is Acronis TIH 2015. 2015 Is not compatible with Win 10.
I would recommend using Programs and Features to uninstall, then downloading from the Acronis website an Acronis install cleaner (it thoroughly scrubs the file system and registry of all Acronis entries), which they should offer (at least most major software companies do. If they do not offer a tool, do not utilize a registry cleaner, as they cause more damage than they solve.
- If, after uninstalling, you're still having issues, worse case scenario is you may have to do another clean install, but I'm 99% positive your issues should cease once TIH is uninstalled.
- The other possible issue I came across while researching freezing and your ssd, is depending on the install, ssd freezing issues can occur due to the low power state SSDs enter into, as discussed here and here, and which is easily fixed if this is also adding to the issue.
- Albeit, switching to IDE, as the article suggests, is not recommended (ahci needs to be utilized, otherwise performance will suffer). There are specific registry keys that can be set to alleviate the issue, as mentioned in the latter blog link.
The issues with TIH 2015 were actually mentioned in this thread, but way back in August, and I only came across them when searching the thread for "acronis" about 10 min ago.
Ms live support disable all startup process and freezing is still there .. That wasn't case with win 7, win 8 ,but it start when win 10 installed.
Yeap, but I did realized myself it was generating problems.
EDIT
So I made a totally clean install, without Acronis. It is currently partly frozen, again... :'''(
EDIT2
as there are 2570p owners having no problems with Win10, the reason of the problem has to be on of the following:
1. RAM
2. SSD
3. Ericsson broadband card
4. WiFi Card
As all the rest should be uniform.
i just do not really get why would all this hardware work on Win7 and not with Win10...

That's rather unfortunate... at this point, I really would recommend working with people on the technet forum, with the microsoft answers forum being 50/50, depending if you get an MVP that wants to simply cut and paste cookie cutter responses, or if one will actually take the time to think prior to replying. MVPs are easily the most knowledgeable people about Windows, other than the software engineers themselves. MVP certification is extremely difficult and generally takes years of coding experience (albeit the youngest ever MVP was a child of 6 with an IQ north of 140, who should be ~8 or 9 by now); so it's not that MVPs don't have the knowledge to help, it's simply that some who obtain the certification simply believe cookie cutter generic responses and refusing to address what was actually asked is acceptable.
At this point, it's going to be up to you to determine how much more time you're willing to give to solving this conundrum. If you do choose to pursue troubleshooting, I think installing the ADK and utilizing the recording aspect of the system performance analyzer would be beneficial, as it should hopefully be able to detail out what exactly is occurring preceding and during the freezes.
I think you mentioned BSODs at some point, and those would be extremely valuable if they also perform a memory dump. I don't have the slightest on how to analyze memory dumps, but I do know it requires the Windows Driver Toolkit and Symbol's libraries, both of which can be accessed on the same page Windows 10 ADK is on. If you are receiving BSODs, or have, do you recall what the message was and did it reference a specific file?
If you haven't already done so, I would also recommend creating your own thread, as it will allow more people to help you with this specific issue.
It seems that it helped me to largen the pagefile. Find it here rightclick This PC -> Properties -> in the right click "Advanced System Settings" -> Under the tab "Advanced" click settings under "Performance" -> Click the "Advanced" tab and then click"Change" under "Virtual Memory.
I have 4GB ram and have changed it from 700mb to 1000-2000mb for all my three drives, so all in all it is about 3000mb now. Here's an article that discuss how big it should be. Understanding the Windows Pagefile and Why You Shouldnt Disable It
My PC have been up and running stable now for two days, after I changed this. Hopefully it stays here, and hopefully it can help others.
I got help from this thread, because someone mentioned swapfile, and as I know this is the same. Swapfile and pagefile. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
