    Same with me. If I go private and use certain chat programme, it crashes.

    You tried to downgrade ?
    Only clean install would work. That means deleting partitions owned by W10.

    Boot off of the Windows 7 DVD/USB, choose your language, choose Install. On Where to install Windows choose Drive Options. Here, highlight each partition, and Delete them all so the drive is all Unallocated Space, then go next. Windows 7 will create the partitions it needs and format them during the install.
