Can't get to windows startup or run box

C:\Users\Des2b\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Startup THERE IS NO Startup

    Can't get to startup

Can't get the windows run box

Google search states go to Settings > Apps > Startup.
    THERE IS NO Startup

Can I not go to a detailed view in settings like windows 7

On these versions of Windows, you can simply open your Start menu, locate a shortcut to an application you want to start automatically, right-click it, and select Copy. Next, locate the Startup folder under All Apps in the Start menu, right-click it, and select Paste to paste a copy of that shortcut.
    No you can't

Can't get the windows run box
How have you tried? (Not stated).
    Windows key + R

    Startup folder, all users:
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
    Specific user:
    C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Access to both is so simple if you use Classic Shell (now Open Shell) start menu (free).

You could use that simply to edit/modify the start menu and for nothing else if you wished.
With it installed, you can still use the Win 10 start menu- if you really want to.

Try Open Shell and be happy. Configurable search, drag 'n drop- easy.
    Download Open-Shell (Formerly Classic-Start) - MajorGeeks
GitHub - Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu: Reborn of Classic Shell.
