Does the corn have a clock so it knows about DST/GMT?

Sorry, but according to you screenshot, you don't.

Edit: you have it , but it is not set to on.Confusing, isn't it?
Exactly, I have the setting available whereas post 8 doesn't and both Win10 pro.

Think that setting may be more applicable to computers that move location and time zone such as laptops and tablets?

I can't remember a version of windows that does not occasionally screw up the time....maybe win2k or wfw3.11. So when I went to the pub yesterday I was an hour early!

Okay, I think i'm kinda understanding how it all works. Let's just assume that I am driving in a car, and stumble upon some corn in a farm. May I ask it what time it is, and it would give me the proper time... AND a snack?

Many farm and Mennonite communities (no electricity) still use corn cobs on the old pendulum clocks.

It's complicated, so I'll speculate, but from what I've read, corn no longer uses the concept of proper time. . .

It might, instead, express the results of your query in terms of coordinate time. . . .

    AND
The "AND" in your question would seem, at least for me, to imply more than one event ?

I'm pretty sure that two (or more) events at the same time, would violate some weird concept. . . .

One more thing, pepanee. . .
    May I ask it. . . ?
Even though you're from California. . . if it were me, and I decided to start talking to "some corn", I think I would try
    and avoid being witnessed. .

    OMG, I just realize something. . .
    Even though you're from California
I think you'll get this post an hour before I sent it !! . .
