Do you have Pro or Home? Hyper-V is NOT available in Windows 10 Home. It is available in Windows 10 Pro.

Unfortunately resolving this will not be straightforward.

Look too at the earlier part of that, and note what was tried and didn't seem to help.

Now, you say at the start this has just started happening. What change has been made that led to this?

Have you installed anything new?
Have a look at your Update History (via Settings, Updates). Is there anything there that was installed around the relevant date?

It is for this sort of reason we continually urge users to use disk imaging routinely, so that they have a chance of restoring their PC to a previous good working state (Macrium Reflect (free) + external storage for disk images).
