    Clock Setting

    Hello,
I am trying to set the clock (at the right corner of the task bar) to show 24 hours instead of PM-AM. Entered into
the time and date settings, set the clock to show HH:MM:ss, but it keeps on showing AM-PM.
I even tried to reboot after, but no change.
Is there some way to do it, or is it a windows built-in function ?
    Answers will be appreciated.
    Thanks

You may want to check your regional/data format settings, they may have changed ?

Hours are fine, but minutes should be low letter:

I'm running 1809 (17763.55) and the format option shows as numbers. I select as shown to get 24 hour time.
