    highlighted link not working

I'm not sure what to call this. I opened a box from my OneDrive settings. In two spots, the words More info were hi-lighted in blue. When I clicked so I could read what this info consisted of, there was a flash, a box opened for just a couple fo seconds and then closed. The box was gray and empty. I ran across this same scenario earlier this morning in another box and don't even remember now what that was.

Hi, Nikilet. I'm assuming these are the 2 "More Info" you are referring to:

    First one goes here:
    Microsoft OneDrive

    Second one goes here:
Learn about OneDrive Files On-Demand - Office Support

    What browser is your default?

Do the links I posted work for you if you click them directly here?

(your attached image did not show up when I first read your post, that's why I posted mine)

The links you gave me work. But I think this goes deeper yet. When I clicked on the link in my email to bring me to this post, I got the gray, empty box that came up quickly and then disappeared, and the message box I am attaching.
No matter what link I click on in my email, I know get the same thing.

Things were working fine earlier. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I updated my Intel device driver this morning per instructions from Dell. The description shows the same as it did before, but some kind of an update took place. I made a screenshot of it when it finished, which I am also attaching. Just letting you know that I did it in the interest of finding a solution to this.

Rollback that driver and see if the problem goes away. Unlikely, but coincidence.

And verify this is set correctly.

I ran sfc /scannow and if found corrupt files and fixed them. Now this problem is straightened out. But I honestly do not know how it could have happened in the first place because other than that driver update, I didn't install anything. And I didn't do anything much either. Just checked email and shopped a little on Amazon and Walmart. H m-m-m ...
