Windows 10: pressing the A, S and C keys at the same time

i am curious how to get windows to accept pressing the a, s and c keys at the same time.
whenever i press this particular combination, windows will ignore the c press and beep if i continue to hold down all three. all other 3 button combinations work as expected so its not a hardware issue, its just these keys.
is this combination mapped to some special use in windows 10? if so, how to i disable that "feature" or remap the keys?

"Turn on Sticky Keys", "Turn on Toggle Keys" and "Turn on Filter Keys" are all disabled.

hm thats weird. i havent really changed anything on my windows installation.
testing in this browser text box it seems a, s and c isnt the only combination. if i press k, p + i it will ignore the i press but if i press c, d + f then it WILL input f or if i press a, s + r it will input r but doesnt work for c.

also for the combinations that ignore the third input, the order doesnt matter. if i press c, s + a it will ignore the a press.

Don't you need a special gaming keyboard to be able to use multiple keys at the same time? Gaming keyboards use a special n-key rollover (nkro) property that allows them to do this.

uh no.. "gaming" keyboards are just a marketing gimmick. any keyboard can support rollover if operates from hardware interrupts.

my problem is a problem with windows 10, it cant be a hardware issue because some combinations work as expected.
if it were a hardware issue, windows wouldnt detect the keypress at all and i wouldnt get the beeping sound when i try.
