    Hello Travis,

If you like, here is a copy of all the Start Menu shortcuts from my system in a ZIP file below. You can just copy the ones you're missing back into your Start Menu folder.

You will need to unblock the ZIP files below before copying the shortcuts into your folders.

Add or Remove Items for All Apps in Start menu in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

    Location 1: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Two and a half years later and you still managed to save another soul, thank you very much, my soul was about to be crushed because i was just about done reinstalling already did not want to redo it, question if possible because i deleted the entire windows folder (to be more specific: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows) not just start menu, are there any other folders i should get? Everything seems normal for now at least, if not just thank you very much again

Hello Kim, and welcome to Ten Forums.

The ZIP download links are still working for me.

You might see if right clicking on the ZIP link and clicking on either "Open link in new tab" or "Open link in new window" may work for you instead, or try a different browser.

    Hey guys.
I delete my appdata/ms/start menu directory (no idea which it was exactly) and lost all my entries - this is all I have now:

Is there any way to recover/restore everything - including 3rd party installed programs, or would I either have to reinstall everything, or just reinstall windows at this point?

    Thanks in advance.
