I recently posted about another issue, and while fixing it, I accidentally deleted all the program shortcuts that are normally present in the start menu's "all programs" section. This includes things like command prompt and PowerShell. Is there anyway to reset this or fix this issue?

If you like, here is a copy of all the Start Menu shortcuts from my system in a ZIP file below. You can just copy the ones you're missing back into your Start Menu folder.
You will need to unblock the ZIP files below before copying the shortcuts into your folders.

Location 1: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
User_Start Menu.zip
Location 2: %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
