Mine's already set to instantly using email.
I'll PM one of them, this seems like more of a hotmail issue than anything but I recall it working sometime in the past when I first joined here.

So a little update after a good while.

Desync issue has been gone for the last couple of days, I didn't install or uninstall anything either. (As matter of fact I actually forgot about it)
I do still have auto update turned on but I don't recall restarting for an update unless it installed in the background. I am only more lost than when I first started this thread, how does an issue just go away out of the blue.

Could have been a glitch, when you were testing and running individual components maybe something was reset.

Then there are the Windows fixes and some driver pushes recently.


To much other real life stuff to concentrate on then the mishaps in Windows.

I am just glad it's gone, I watched a whole episode of a show few days back without a single issue.
I'll mark this thread as solved after a week just to be certain.

I am certain at this point it's gone now.

What did I do to fix this? No idea but I hope this thread proves a little useful to the googlers out there.
