Saving a file in a program activates RestartManager

This is a bit odd, I think. I have no idea if it's a big deal or not. I was checking out event viewer and saw a lot of entries for RestartManager. It would always come in pairs on the same second, "Starting session" and "ending session" (Event ID 10000 and 10001). I finally tracked down what triggered it. It's from GZDoombuilder, and happens every time I save in that program. I'm not sure what kind of help I can get from this, but thought I'd try. Let me know if more information is needed, I'm not the best at explaining things.

Oh, I can at least mention I am on 1803 and it seems this started since that update.

I am not an expert on the Event Manager, but most probably nothing to worry about. They may simply be caused by the actual process of saving any changes you make in Doombuilder. I don't play Doom (or any other games!), but I see that Doombuilder allows you to make changes to the layout/maps you see in the game, and instead of re-starting the PC for your changes to take effect, the builder is using a facility provided by Microsoft to update your gaming configurations on the fly so to speak. In order to make such configuration changes, Windows uses the Restart Manager and also records the events ( they are Information events ) in the event manager. As long as the builder doesn't throw up error messages I would ignore the events in question.
