    Just out of curiosity when I right click say a spelling mistake there is an option to read out loud. Is this a feature in 10 that does it the opposite way ie I say something and the word comes up on my machine and types it for me??

    +H turns on dictation mode for all of windows apps. Shawn has made a Tutorial about this.
