RUNDLL - The specified Module could not be found for 2 files

I'm getting two messages on startup from RunDLL.
    There was a problem starting c:|Users|Bob|AppData|Local|Experience Virtual|{hashChar}|hzdm.dll
    and the same for ExperienceVirtual.dll

How can I stop these startup messages or fix the issue. Cannot find anything on those files on Google.

Neither of those files are on my Windows 10 system. Look at the Startup tab in Task Manager, see if anything in there is starting that would cause this.

The only mention of hzdm I can find says it's a virus so I would do scans with your anti-virus program as well as Malwarebytes anti-malware.

I've checked startup and have run scans already. I'll re-scan it and see if it finds something with updated signatures.

I am not an expert on malware removal, but in addition to your scans, also try to see if Autoruns by Sysinternals shows any entries related to those dlls (may be in the Scheduled tasks or Startup sections).

Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs

In case you haven't used Autoruns before, see this page from bleepingcomputer:
How to use autoruns - All Other Applications

The ExperienceVirtual.dll seems to be implicated to malware according to this thread

As a word of caution, I would save a System image with Macrium Reflect (search Tenforums in case you don't know about Macrium), or your preferred Imaging program beore making any changes using Autoruns, just in case things go wrong.
