No boot without USB Memory Device

    Hello,
I set up Win10 from scratch after built in my new SSD.
Of course I formatted the HD.

    Problem:
Win10 halt after the bios and after looking for the OS.
Screen ist blue with the windows sign on it.
System stops for about 2 minutes!

After 2min the system boots completely normal within a few seconds into LoginScreen.

However, If I attach an USB Memory Stick, the boot process is completely normal performed within a few seconds.

Of course, in Bios I did not check "Boot from USB" or something like that. It should boot from SSD first.

Any clue what this can be?

    What's on the USB stick?

Does this happens with different USB sticks, or only with one specific stick?

    USB Stick

It doesn't matter what data are on the USB stick.
It can be a stick or an USB HD. For my system it is all the same.

Windows thinks "oh, USB is attached. Everything ok then, lets start"
