WinKey+L key does not work on Build 1803.

    Hi -

    Using W10 Pro x64:

I noticed when I had to fully restore a system that the WinKey+L key combination does not work.
Took a look on Google but no luck. The WinKey is not working with a few other shortcuts as well.

    Very strange.

    TIA

Had to do a System Restore.
    Something was corrupted.

    Maybe 1809?

Does on my Laptop as well. Obviously, something got corrupted on the other system.

    FWIW.

Exact same thing happened to me. After finding nothing online about the issue other than this thread and few others talking about everything from registry updates to re-licensing windows, I decided to just try and figure it out. After messing with drivers and stuff for 20-30 minutes, I held down the start menu button for a few seconds, let go, and it opened. Turns out my issue was that the 'Turn on toggle keys' had become enabled during the update. Turned it off, GTG now on 1803.

Slim chance someone at work was screwing with me, but it was working directly before I applied the update and directly after I couldn't logoff with Win+L. Hope this helps someone.
