Unknown folders in Windows/Temp

    I have over 140 such empty files. And they also were modified (or created) in July.

    Skip the waiting for the 1903 update. I have updated one system to 1903 and they appear on that as well as of July.

    BTW The 1903 update RE-enables this 2 tasks.. had to disable them again.
