    lpksetup at every boot following update to 1809


    Ever since updating I noticed that my log in process now takes a lot longer, maybe I found the cause.
    I noticed a lot of log files in the Windows temp folder called lpksetup-date-randomnumber.log

    lpksetup is language pack setup, it looks like it now runs at every boot and fails:

    Probably it has problems writing to the registry, it doesn't mention where it's trying to write though.

    The en-US language pack is already installed on the system and seems to be working fine so far and I have no idea why it's trying to install it again.
    I tried to remove it and reboot but lpksetup created the same log even though en-US was not listed in the languages installed anymore.
