Denis thanks for the help.
I was actually looking at the Dell pw7018c not the one i already have. You say there should be no regional differences which is great.
To the others out here. Have you ever bought a laptop or anything like that where when you got the laptop, you find out not only is the language in a different language... well you can solve this... but the keyboard is in a completely different language? I mean almost all of you I assume are in your own country and rarely travel, but if you do travel, do you buy computer parts or laptop or things like that? If you do, you would know its a huge hassle for things. I have to pay a huge premium for a ton of things. Example a cable that i need that cost $15 max in the US, i had to pay over $90 to buy it here because its hard to find it here. Worst off, the quality of this $90 cable is worst than the $15 cable in the US.
@Try3
I already have the dell pw7015l i bought a while back. I also bought a UPS as well. I want one more powerbank... thus either another pw7015l or the pw7018c. I saw it available on amazon where im located so if i wanted to buy it but want to make sure and not find out oh wait... this powerbank is only for laptops in this country and the wiring is not compatible.
Again here electronics are very expensive.
I have said no such thing. I have told you before that I know nothing about the Dell pw7018c.I was actually looking at the Dell pw7018c not the one i already have. You say there should be no regional differences which is great.

Keyboard layout goes with principal language of windows. so letters printed on keys correspond to what is printed on screen to that letter. Keys themselves are not assigned an letters physically, they are just simple switches and what they will print when pushed is determined by software.
Forget the UPS.
Forget the battery bank.
Just get a flux capacitor. They're available at DocBrown.com
Hey all. Im going to buy another dell pw7015l powerbank. Thus having 2 of them and a UPS would be pretty good.
The one i bought last time was directly from dell a while back. I took a look at the price online and its pretty high now. I notice amazon has it for a much cheaper price and its new. Does anyone know where amazon gets these products? Its a bit cheaper on amazon as oppose to dell directly. Last time when i got it from dell, it was a discount. I should have gotten 2 but didn't.
Also related to this. But would it be safe to buy one of these from ebay if ppl sell it new and have great feedback? I ask this because i heard there are usb viruses through cables. This one you basically connect it to the powercord so no virus/malware can ever transmit correct? However this powerbank also has usb ports to charge like your phone etc so if someone wanted to, they could put a virus/malware on it where you connect your phone to the powerbank, you can get malware?
I haven't heard of anything like that since USB by itself has no memory, I use APC BackUps 850 and you have to install the APC sofware for the USB to do anything but charge a cell phone or other device the software is for auto shut down and checking the condition of the batteries? https://www.amazon.com/APC-Battery-P...s%2C164&sr=8-3
I also use a smaller on when I'm on the road APC it very light and small footprint more that enought for my notebook and devices https://www.amazon.com/APC-Battery-P...s%2C165&sr=8-3
