    Hello mate,

You will need to switch to dark app mode first.

    Hi brink,

Yes I did! But now I get a message saying:
"Windows can't be installed because this PC has an unsupported disk layout for UEFI firmware."

    What do i do ????

How did you update to 1809?

Does "winver" show you actually have 1809 installed since you got that error message?

I suppose for now, lets see a screenshot of your Disk Management showing the full layout of your Windows drive to see if anything may stand out.

    Hi brink,

Here are the images you requested. To answer your question, I manually updated to 1809 through 'Update and Security' in settings. Every time I click on 'Fix Issues' in Windows Update, I get the error I mentioned. What do you suggest?

Its also worth nothing that theres an option in my bios for boot mode. I got it set to 'legacy-UEFI'. But theres another option for just 'UEFI'. Do you think this has anything to do with this issue?

I don't think the BIOS setting is the issue, but let's check to see if your Windows 10 shows as "UEFI" or "Legacy". It looks like Legacy from your Disk Management screenshot.

Have you already tried updating to 1809 using the Windows 10 Update Assistant?

    Hi brink,

The System Information says I'm using UEFI. But again, my bios says 'legacy-UEFI.' If you think I should change it to just 'UEFI' in the bios, let me know.

I tried the Update Assistant. But it gives me this error.. what do I do???
