OneDrive is perhaps better integrated with Windows 10 but I found some people with older Apple devices couldn't open OneDrive links and had to use Google Drive. If you have an Android phone the Google Drive may be more suitable. I use both!

What are you backing up as Google backup and sync lets you have unlimited storage for photo free if you backing up photos it's better than one drive which has a limit

I use OneDrive, but that's mostly because I have an Office365 subscription and I get TB's of space from that subscription.

I like the idea of saving space with OneDrive with the Files on Demand feature, you don't get that in Google Drive unless you pay for the pro version.

I'm sorry but I don't follow what you are saying here. Can you redo what you wanted to say.

    Thanks.

I have Office 365 which comes with 1TB OneDrive, that said, I use Google Drive pretty much for everything.

I find Google Drive easier, faster and not as much a hassle as OneDrive. What I disliked most about OneDrive (or used to - I disable it nowadays) was the syncing every time your computer turned on, it was always forever running, bogging things down. Hated it!

Plus I have an Android phone, super easy to upload/download from phone to PC an vice versa with it. It is a no brainer for me. But peoples need are different.

I have used both, though i prefer google drive.
Drive is built into Google's Web-based operating system Chromium, so if you have a Chromebook, Google Drive is your best cloud storage option. Another feature i like is that Google Drive has the benefit of a built-in office suite, where you can edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, even if you created the document in another program.
If you use Gmail, it's easy to save attachments from your e-mail directly to Drive with just a few clicks.
