FWIW ... Everyone may not have the B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB key in all the places listed in Zardoc's post (I didn't), so I recommend you do the fix manually. If you're not comfortable doing the following, then don't and wait for MS to fix it.

    1. Use ExecTi to open Regedit and navigate to the following two keys ...
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileNotification
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileNotification
    2. Under ProfileNotification check if you have the TDL key
    3. Delete the TDL key at each location
    4. Check the locations in Zardoc's post and delete the B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB key
    5. Reboot PC to verify

    Note:
    1. I would export the keys ... before you delete them ... just to be on the safe side.
    2. ExecTI
    Worked for me...

After the the first reboot, got a bugcheck LBSOD for version 1809:

    Code:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
    The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000041792, 0xffffb4bfff78b2b0, 0x0080000000000000, 0x0000000000000000).
A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\112818-14343-01.dmp.
The BSOD showed "MEMORY MANAGEMENT ERROR", resetting the PC resolved the issues, PC runs just fine.

Man, with all of the LBSODs that Windows 10 throws on occasions, I don't even flinch anymore. Just reboot the system to resolve it... sad really...

Hello guys! I also was offered the 1809 update two days ago and I see the event 1534 warning spam in the Event Viewer. They seem to be triggered when entering the Event Viewer, when opening the task manager or when checking for windows updates. But aside from that, I'm also getting an event 4625 Audit failure. It's triggered each time I open Google chrome. One event each time I open it. Does anyone else experience this? It happens only with Chrome not with Microsoft Edge.

Wow same here opening Task Manager causes this now.

Is Microsoft even beta testing or listening to feed back anymore? Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they get a class action lawsuit over their shoddy work.

No. I'm so grateful to those who volunteer to accept feature updates as soon as possible and act as beta testers for MS.

FYI Just updated my Win 10 Home laptop from 1803 to 1809 (Build 17763.195) - am getting these Use Profile Service 1534 Events.

Everytime you open something with Administrator it happens also.....

Run as Admin > Yes ,another errors

EDIT : Editing the registry deleting TDL fixed the issue, I checked with my friend who didn't have this errors and he didn't have those kind of registries on default.

    1. I did NOT delete B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB key that I found in a couple places in the registry under CLSIDS, etc.
Thanks for your solution. I've applied to my PC that had this annoying problem.

I think all B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB related registry key can be deleted safely, since there is none in another PC that installed Win10 1809 natively.
