I got a bunch of those Event ID 1534 - User Profile Service Warnings and it appears that the Tile Data Model Service has been removed in 1809. Before I did the following, I checked my Insider Preview (1809-17763.1) at the following two registry locations and the TDL key didn't exist. I also searched the registry for B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB and didn't find it.
I'm NOT recommending this ... Do at our own risk ... it's just what I did !!!
1. Open Regedit and navigate to the following two keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileNotification\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileNotification
2. Under ProfileNotification check if you have the TDL key
3. Export each TDL key
4. Delete each TDL key
5. Reboot PC
Note:
1. I did NOT delete B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB key that I found in a couple places in the registry under CLSIDS, etc.
2. You'll need PowerRun or ExecTi so you can run Regedit as TrustedInstaller to be able to delete the TDL key, so be careful !!! PowerRun v1.3 (Run with highest privileges) ExecTI

Hi there,
Hoping you can help diagnose the kernel power event id 41 error I've been receiving. Upgraded to Win 10 on day 1 of launch 7/29 which the Event Viewer tells me was the date of my very first kernel power related crash.
