Yeah, I noticed the service was gone in 1809. But I'm not even sure that it was there in 1803. I checked a 1803 laptop as it was downloading the update, and it was already gone at that point in time.

The Tile Data Model Service is not present in 1803 either!
I'm not sure when it was removed though.

I haven't gotten those errors but since updating I get 2 of these at a time about every 5 minutes and it just competely fills out my entire event viewer and hard to see anything else.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Man this update really annoyed a bunch of people like me.
I totally agree. Another MS fail.

    Stay with 1803.

Then again, I have a original 1809 system working just fine.

There has to be stability throughout heterogeneous systems.

    FWIW.

Over the years, I've learnt to not get too concerned with obscure Event Viewer errors if the computer is running fine. I reckon that there are some that even Microsoft can't explain.

you are correct and I entirely agree. This one in particular, seems to be harmless, but the it is still a pain in the ass because it spams the event log like crazy, thus rendering action.

Exactly when this event occurs my PC locks up for 3 seconds with a hardcore buzzing sound from the audio device, so yeah something is pretty much running amuck here. It does 3 x 1543 in 1 second.

all three are pointing to this: (and i have no idea wtf it is about)

I got a bunch of those Event ID 1534 - User Profile Service Warnings and it appears that the Tile Data Model Service has been removed in 1809. Before I did the following, I checked my Insider Preview (1809-17763.1) at the following two registry locations and the TDL key didn't exist. I also searched the registry for B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB and didn't find it.

I'm NOT recommending this ... Do at our own risk ... it's just what I did !!!

    1. Open Regedit and navigate to the following two keys
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileNotification\
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileNotification
    2. Under ProfileNotification check if you have the TDL key
    3. Export each TDL key
    4. Delete each TDL key
    5. Reboot PC

    Note:
    1. I did NOT delete B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB key that I found in a couple places in the registry under CLSIDS, etc.
    2. You'll need PowerRun or ExecTi so you can run Regedit as TrustedInstaller to be able to delete the TDL key, so be careful !!!
PowerRun v1.3 (Run with highest privileges)
    ExecTI
    Successful for me
