getting frequent random BackgroundTaskHost.exe critical events

I am getting frequent random BackgroundTaskHost.exe critical events in RH since the update. I am wondering if this is an issue with others.

This is the critical error That is randomly in RH. Has this happened to anyone else since update?

Nirsoft's information on the .dll appears most informative and complete of available resources: Windows 10 DLL File Information - biwinrt.dll. Acccording to what I read online this error is most likely to occur when an application (often a game) conflicts with built-in Windows 10 processes (of which this is a prime example): See backgroundTaskHost.exe stopped working - Microsoft Community for more discussion. Alas, I can't find a definitive cause or cure, though.
    Sorry for your trouble!

PS: Seems like @zinou or @zbook should take a look at this . . .

I used the DISM tool and ran System File Checker Tool per article. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. If the same problem occurs I'll update the situation. This has occurred daily or sometimes 3-5 days between occurrences. The problem started on 9/2 after Cumulative Update KB4346783. The computer is in sleep mode almost 100% of the time. It provides Mobile Hotspot. I have never used any game. Just basic email and web browsing. This is not my primary computer.
