The main C: partition holds Windows and your programs and data. The other 3 partitions usually are not accessible by the User, I see an issue in the last partition should not usually have a drive letter assigned but that depends upon the maker and how they want it.

    In partition order

    1) The EFI partition contains your boot files.

    2)Your C drive.

    3) Windows 10 Recovery Partition used when you use "Reset my PC". It contains software to rebuild OS from compressed files on C drive.

    4) A vendor recovery partition to reset pc back to factory state including vendor crapware. Most people delete this partition - it is pretty useless once Windows 10 has upgraded - this would revert to original build that came with PC and gets increasingly out of date as time moves on.

There is a hidden partition as well (MSR partition) allegedly for future use but nobody has ever found out what this is for!

When you backup your PC e.g. using Macrium Reflect, ensure you backup all these partitions else you won't be able to recover a working bootable PC.
