    Herm,

    Glad to be of help.

If you have any further questions about Office 2007, you'll get quicker assistance if you post them in the Office section of this forum - include "Office 2007", "Outlook 2007" or similar in the question's title so there is no misunderstanding about versions.
    - I get the impression that only a comparative few of us are sticking with Office 2007 instead of updating to Office 2010, Office 2013, ... .
    - Other users could easily misinterpret an Office 2007 post if they thought it was about a newer version. They might have updated years ago so might not recognise diagrams such as the one you pasted earlier on.

Here's a chart about Microsoft Office that I refer to now and then to answer questions.
History of Microsoft Office - Wikipedia
As can be seen the individual Components within any particular suite will carry a different version number as in Office 2013 has version 15 for its components. Office 2016 is the first to carry the same version number, 16. Shortening version numbers can be misleading, e.g. Word 10 from 2001 is not the same as Office 2010 from 2010.

So sorry, Herm. Not all attempts at being helpful succeed. I apologize for making things worse, not better. Glad Denis @Try3 was able to step in and clear things up. In my case, been long enough since using Word 2007 that I didn't understand that the help files were still available locally. Glad you got things straightened out nonetheless.
Best wishes for safe and productive computing,
