Is System Ninja a safe cleaning program to use?

Is System Ninja a safe cleaning program to use? Can it cause problems with my Windows installation or any other program installed on my computer? I just scanned my computer with System Ninja and it detected 4.5 GB (537 files) of junk on my C: drive where Windows is installed. I have not changed any settings in System Ninja, here's what it's currently cleaning:

Temporary Files
Common Torrent Tags
Incompatible Files
Thumbnail Caches
Game Caches
Internet Cookies
Internet Cache
Internet History
Windows Logs
Memory Dumps
Recent Files
Miscellaneous Junk

I would also be suspicious abut "Incompatible Files", who knows what they meant by it, might delete some programs and files you need to keep. I would also suggest full backup before using any program like that.
You could also run Disk cleanup first and see how much will that program find.

I never heard about this third-party app. The best app for cleaning in Windows or Mac is CCleaner by Piriform Company.

Try to avoid suspicious apps on the Internet. Always read the reviews and look for their reputation !

ccleaner is perfectly fine as long as it's set up correctly. i question common torrent tags, incompatible files, and miscellaneous files in system ninja.

Right, body ! For that it exists the best online scanner, called Virustotal (virustotal.com).

Is there a reason you shy away from cleaning programs? Because currently, I am pretty confused. Because some people on the internet are saying that Microsoft recommends against using any system cleaners, and that system cleaners are useless because Windows doesn't slow down over time as well as dangerous to use. But others say that system cleaners and system tune-up programs are all useful and needed to maintain a fast computer because Windows slows down over time. I don't know what to believe, which is true?

First, I don't want to clean everything all the time, just some things before making backups for instance. Second, I want to know exactly what am I cleaning (deleting) away. For most, disk cleanup is enough. Another thing is that I don't let system and disks get "dirty", I use Revo uninstaller that cleanly uninstall programs without leftovers. After a new build or large updates, Disk Cleanup deletes 25 - 30GB of unwanted stuff.
