Desktop randomly zooming out to unknown screen.

As per the title, my desktop keeps semi randomly zooming out to I guess my activity feed? I don't know what the screen is actually called so I'm not having any luck googling the issue, searching "activity feed" turns up something else. I say semi randomly because it seems to be related to my trackpad usage, but it's not consistent. However, it's happening often enough that it's making it impossible to work. I've attached a shot of the screen in question. I'm certain I'm not palming any other keys while using it, so I don't think I'm activating a shortcut. If anyone can suggest a fix, or at least tell me what that screen is called so I can google it accurately, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

    Welcome to TenForums @DPS

That is the Timeline screen. One shortcut that brings it up is WinKey+Tab, so does clicking on that black and white icon to the immediate right of the search box on your taskbar. See this tutorial...

Thanks for the response. After some research, I still couldn't find a reason why it would be opening without using the icon/keystroke. I followed instructions to fully disable it, but it still randomly opens. It does seem to be related to my touch pad however, specifically when I move the cursor to the right. I plugged in a usb mouse for about 15 minutes and it never opened, even when I used the touchpad. After unplugging the mouse, I moved my cursor to the right and it IMMEDIATELY opened timeline. What's odd is that last part is repeatable. 10/10 times when I unplugged the mouse and swiped right on my pad, it immediately opened timeline. After that, it seems to be random. It almost seems like Gesture is wonky, but my touchpad isn't compliant with precision touchpad. Right after I wrote the previous sentence it occurred to me to just delete/reinstall the device. It's been 15 minutes now and everything seems to be working, even after unplugging my mouse and re-enabling timeline. So yeah, dunno what was going on with that. Anyways, thanks for you help and I feel confident marking this solved!

I believe a three-finger swipe up also can open Timeline, it certainly was supposed to open Taskview, for which Timeline is a direct replacement.
