Ok i just don't get it
one i cant find my pictures folder
2 i would like to find all pictures on my pc
went to YouTube and tried the Kindictures still no luck
what image viewer program are u guys using
and what should i use to locate all my pictures

Download and install:
Everything: voidtools
This software will index everything on all drives.
This will enable you to find any file on the computer and see instantaneous results.
As you type a character there will be results and the more characters that are typed the narrower the results.
For pictures you can type: *.jpg
Any file ending can be entered using * followed by . and then the ending.
All files should be displayed and you can then see the drive and file names.
To find all the pictures in your PC, go to Windows Explorer and navigate to the root of your C: drive, press F3 or click on Search and type kind:=Picture and hit Enter.
It will take a while, since it will try to locate all images in the PC. (jpg, png, bmp, gif etc)
Can you give some more info? What do you get when searching for Pictures?
Where is your User folder Pictures located? (Open explorer, right click on pictures and check location)

By Default, Your User files (Pictures, Documents, Music etc) are located in C:\Users\[YourUserName]. If you browse there, do you see your Pictures folder?
Assuming you photos a .jpg open a cmd prompt type
cd\
dir *.jpg /s >photo.txt
It will take some time then open photo.txt which will list all photos on your hd
