    Can't Access gpedit

First i was getting the error that i can't access the gpedit because i'm not admin. My windows 10 acc is admin so i don't get it why won't windows let me edit gpedit. I browsed the internet for days and didn't find a solution, i then deleted Registry.pol from system32 and now i'm getting this error

    Possible fix here:
Group policy error: Failed to open group policy object on this computer.

    Another approach (last post):
Failed to open the group policy object. - Spiceworks

    Post 2:
Failed to open the group policy object on the computer

Note: I have no idea if an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs, data and most settings would fix this.

You get this error because you deleted the Registry.pol from
    C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine

    i attached a working Registry.pol

unzip it & place it System32\GroupPolicy\Machine

And it should now work :)

Good: make sure you use disk imaging regularly so you've a fall-back when things go badly wrong.
