    What's This 'Click to Run' File?


    Any idea what this file is taking about 2GB space?

    Thanks - I do have Office 2016 but installed from a full installer.

    I'm running the full Office 2016 Professional Plus, installed from ISO, it uses click to run to update. Look in your update history and I bet you don't see any Office updates listed. And Office will show as up to date.
    In Outlook its File menu > Office Account > Office Updates > Update Options > Update now etc. Mine auto updates even though its not done via Windows Update. Not sure what triggers it to check for updates though?
