Could someone pls tell me if it's possible to receive and reply to phone sms on your PC (Insider Build 17754.1) when you're using a Windows Phone? Microsoft says the PhoneApp will only work on Android and iPhones but that the Windows Phone is already linked.
One option that might work is pushbullet. You can also sms using email. The address you use is dependent on your provider.

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm in a different country and it's a bit of a digression from the question of using the sms/txt feature in the latest build of Windows 10 (with a Windows Phone).
