Change keyboard layout in Windows 10 via powershell HOW?!?!

If i execute Get-WinUserLanguagelist i see:

How can i remove InputmethodTips 0409:00000409 (US layout) or ,if that is not possible set 0409:00020409 (US international) as the default.

many threads i have read are talking about adding/setting/changing the input language. But that is not what i want. I just want US-international as the default.
