    One possibility.
Have you got "show hidden files, folders, and drives" option checked ( just in case that folder is hidden ) ?

It would help if you complete the My Computer specifications. We need to know specs of the laptop, as well as which version of Windows 10 you have installed.

It would also help if you provide a screen shot of what you're trying to work with.

If you open a command prompt (as Adminstrator) can you see what there is in the folder named indicators.

I can't see it clearly in your screen shot, but if the folder you are trying to access is just called

    indicators

Open command prompt (as Administrator) and enter:

    dir "D:\MQL4\indicators" /ON/OG/A/S

Is there anything listed in that folder and subfolder?

Thanks for the screen shot. In order for us to troubleshoot your problem, we need to know for sure which version of Windows (I suspect it's version 1803) you have. In order to find that:

Click on Start>Settings (the little gear icon at the bottom left)>System>About. Another way to look at it is: Start>
    Settings (Gear-shaped Settings icon)>System>About

Give us a screen shot of the results; here's mine as an example:

    Sub folder appearing and disappering.-windows-version.png
Note that there is a version and a Build number. You should see Build 17134.254.

Just so you know, I'm not a "sir". Also, you don't need to call anyone here sir or mam; just use some or all of our handle. I'm Wynona (girl's name).

So, now that we've established that you're using Windows 10 version 1803, Build 17134.254 (April 2018 Update), please complete the specs for My Computer in your profile. This way, if you need help, you won't be asked all the questions I've asked again.

Regarding your original question, do you have anything in the Indicators folder yet? I'm asking because I think I may have noticed an anomaly with the folder. I've made a screenie of your folder and very sloppily drawn a red line around the folder in question. I've also highlighted in yellow what I think doesn't belong there. The reason it bothers me is that there seem to be several spaces between the actual folder and the yellow highlighted "folder". Or, it could be a tabbed space. My thought is that this may be the reason the folder is disappearing. Is it possible you can explain how it got there? I can't.

    Sub folder appearing and disappering.-image.png

Edit: If the folder is empty, maybe you can delete that one and recreate it (without "folder").
