Quick access not working

Some folks may not know what Quick access is, if you open File Explorer (or Windows Explorer as it used to be), on the left hand side menu in first place you have Quick access with a blue star icon.

I recently reinstalled Windows and QA worked for a while, but at some point I couldn't add folders to the QA list any more and then it just stopped working and all the folders I HAD added to the QA list are now gone.

Now, when I try to add a folder to QA it say "Unspecified error."

Any ideas on what the problem may be?

Worked for me as well ..... I had entries to folders in Quick Access that were no longer on my computer, and I couldn't delete them! Your solution solved the problem.
