Are there any registry keys that would completely disable this? I've just had to do a hard reset, because that stupid "press shift x times" thing completely locked my keyboard when I was playing a game.

Hi, which OS are you referring to please? 'My Computer' shows Windows 7, as does the text under your avatar. If Windows 7, I recommend sevenforums.

What does the NoWinKeys key do?
It disables all hotkeys, past and future (since they keep piling up). Mostly combos like: Win + R.

That's not directly related to those Accessibility settings though, right? That's ALL hotkeys in the system? So like Alt+F4 would no longer work?
