Pc boots - black screen - 2 beeps

My PC was rebooting Modem & Router when it was accidentally turned off. Boots to black screen with two fast beeps & continued to beep twice every 2 min. MS-7696 Motherboard. 2 beeps = parity problem.

Seems like a RAM problem. First try removing then re-seating the RAM modules.

I have tried every troubleshooter I could find to fix this problem. Also, the mouse & keyboard do not work. The monitor works on another computer.

I took my video card out & connected to the HDMI port on motherboard, still didn't work. Also, I made a USB flashing tool from here: User guide: MSI HQ USB BIOS Flash Tool.0 & disconnected the hard drive so PC had to boot from the USB. The USB lit up, but with no display on the monitor I don't know if it was trying to fix the problem.

I also tried booting from Windows 10 on a flash drive with no luck. I don't know how to tell if there is a problem with the motherboard. Any help to resolve this problem is greatly appreciated.
