MSDTC Issue - COM+ Red Arrow, Delays in starting apps

Still looking for a solution.

You gotta be kidding me, man these issues just spring up in the strangest ways; Oddly enough windows store installs a Realtek service on x570 Tuf Gaming motherboards called

This one solved my issue... still present in 2020 on the latest machines as a service offered by Microsoft Store

Look for similarly named files, any service to do with your audio engines, they are often the case.

In 2012, a user reported "all I had to type of msdtc -resetlog, and then start the msdtc service."

Upgrade to 1909 resolved this issue. Thanks for all your help.
