Where can I find the list of file names shown under QuickAccess

I have found a couple of scripts for the registry that supposedly can control How Many files can be shown in the Quick Access space at once with a limit of close to 60. Normal display is more like 15. This has led me to hope that there might be a location where these names are pulled from. I am hoping to be able to see a list of all items that were shown in the Quick Access list for the past few days. The longer the better.

These will be files that are not on the system in use, but were touched by it in some manner. Such as files that were in a network drive that were renamed or relocated to another place.

I Only need the names showing path. I do not need to find the file or any other info about them in this way.
I am currently working from ScreenShot printouts of the Quick Access lists as shown on some of the systems that worked on the files.

The short story is that we THINK we are missing some files from a server but as no one has a list of what files are supposed to be there at all. So I have no way to know if a file is really missing or was just never added.
I have already done all the usual file recovery etc. This is more a way to prove what certain people added.
If it shows in their quick access as being in a folder on the server but is no longer there then we have a problem. I will ask another question in a separate poston that as i do have one possible cause

Jump lists (introduced in Win7) for all apps are stored in...
    %appdata%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\

The one for Explorer (which should include the 'Quick access' entries) is f01b4d95cf55d32a.automaticDestinations-ms

An automaticDestinations-ms file is a Structured Storage file and cannot easily be read in Notepad or the like, but the jump lists can be read with the Jump List View utility from NirSoft. Look for entries with f01b4d95cf55d32a in their Application ID column.

    https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/jump_lists_view.html

@questorfla, this is a portable app (needs no install) so you can just put it on a usb (or a share on your server) and use it to look at any machine. If you sort by Application ID and select all the entries with the f01b4d95cf55d32a ID then you can save these to a text file with 'File > Save selected items'. Should be a lot easier than making screenshots.

Though i would add my own solution as well to the ones above

I asked the question on my way to the office and after arriving i kept looking. I did find a place that has what I needed though in case it is of use to others. The Quick Access list appears to pull from the files at this location and the total stored there (at least on my home system) was about 2 days worth (over 140). C:\Users\'username'\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent Items. The location has each item listed as a shortcut which is exactly as it shows up in quick access.
At any rate, it wasn't enough to help me solve the problem I thought i could use it for so i will just save this info for future use. :)
As a reference to your "Jump-Lists on Nirsoft (a site i have LOVED for years) I ran across a nifty registry mod that can be used to change the number of items that can be shown in the jumplist supposedly to as many as 60 but i could not get it to work for more than 20.

    REG ADD "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced" /v JumpListItems_Maximum /t REG_DWORD /d 20 /f

Thanks for sharing the jumplist reg mod, not seen that one before.

I've compared my 'Recent Items' folder with my 'Quick access' list and found then to be different. Seems (at least for folders) that it takes a few visits before they get included in 'Quick access', while a single use puts them in 'Recent items'. In fact, for your purposes that makes 'Recent items' an even more useful source of evidence that a network file existed than 'Quick access'.

Good luck in your search for the missing files.

Thanks, but we tossed in the towel on that one. No way "after the fact" to be certain that specific files ever DID exist in order for them to actually be "Lost". In addition, even if they did exist at one time, they don't any more and can never be rebuilt since the originals would have been shredded after scanning. Talk about a "Well Planned Failure" The person who started this project would win the prize for sure!
