    2) Run the Nvidia driver update > make sure drivers are installed and up to date

    thanks for replying,

1 : showed no updates available
2: for some reason i install java but browesr doesnt recognize it , tried chrome and explorer.
    3: files attached
4: i went through the links on how to fix unknown device, it led to me having to check hardware id of the unknown usb which showed "USB Device_Descriptor_Failure". and then i looked up ways to fix thats and i am not sure if i should use a program called driver talent?
anyway i exited the unknown usb properties and all of a sudden no more unknown devices?
i am not if that fixed or was that the message that windows showed earlier of "unable to recognize usb device that you just plugged in" but i didnt plug in or out anything.

    1) When installing and updating drivers:
    a) use the best tested drivers (these are always the computer or motherboard manufacturer drivers)
    b) use the next best tested drivers or component manufacturer drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD Killer Networks, Realtek)
    c) Do not use drivers from third party websites (unless you have files backed up, have a backup image, and a restore point. Do not use websites that claim to tweak drivers for better performance.
There is too much uncertainty using these websites as you don't know what you are getting. There could be unknown/additional files, bsod, etc.

    2) This was displayed as a problem device:
    Code:
Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&1CC0E58A&0&11 43
    3) Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > right click > left click properties > click details tab > under property change to hardware ids > post an image into the thread

    4) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

For step # 4 an image of part b) was posted.
Please post an image for part a)

If there were no unknown devices or yellow triangles in device manager then the problem devices were fixed.

Windows will update many non-Microsoft drivers.
For some computers (HP, Dell, etc.) the computer manufacturer's make software to check for updates.
For other computer manufacturers there may not be any software and checking the computer or motherboard manufacturer's website is required to make sure the drivers are up to date. This check is always needed for the BIOS. For this computer running the Nvidia and Intel software can also check the software. If the software find a drive that needs updating the best source is the computer or motherboard manufacturer and then if the driver(s) is/are not displayed then use the Nvidia and Intel websites to install the drivers.

It can be easy to miss BSOD crashes. Once startup and recovery system failure settings are modified you should be set up to evaluate the computer drivers.

For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) uncheck automatically restart
    b) reboot

It can be easy to miss bsod when not viewing the monitor and automatically restart is checked.
With automatically restart unchecked you can see a bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
If you witness a bsod crash there is % counter.
Allow this counter to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.

If you post a new beta zip file it can be screened for problems.

Once you have applications and files installed with computer stability you can make a backup image.
These are some options: Macrium, Acronis, Aoemi, Paragon, EaseUS, etc.
Macrium is used frequently in Ten Forums:
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect | Windows 10 Tutorials
Use Macrium Reflect Rescue Media to Fix Windows Boot Issues | Windows 10 Tutorials
Then if there are boot problems, operating system or registry corruption, malware or ransomware you will have a backup option.
An additional backup option is to copy and paste the users folders to another drive or the cloud.

So far a new os with with new drivers and no crashes.
Please run the beta log collector and post a new zip.
Then make a backup and save the backup to another drive or to the cloud.
