    . Otherwise there is no way to choose which window you want to always stay in the foreground, unless the party that created it, intended for it to always be in the foreground.
    That's true with Windows as is, but Windows does support this. However it needs to be exposed by 3rd party programs, unfortunately.

    Example: Actual Windows Manager adds title buttons.

    Its good you mention this website Softpedia

    Is it a good site ? do you trust it ?
    I dont know but it looks like every time i go there they try to install apps and other unneeded stuff

    You're thinking of CNET, perhaps. Or softonic. Softpedia has always seemed reliable to me. Do you think I'd have suggested it otherwise?

    its this softonic and man do i dislike them

    Just an up date i didnt get a chance to use the program yet been a little busy

    so now it installed but i dont see how to get to the settings ?

    I dont know how to edit this file AltDrag.ini

    like do a new one or edit it from with in ?

    i need ur help man

    Run it, tray icon, rt click it, Configure.

    You just run the program and use GUI settings.

    If it doesn't run, check compatibility mode. Rt click on the start menu shortcut (I use Classic Shell start menu and see standard explorer context menu), Troubleshoot Compatibility.

    Has it installed? If not, again, check compatibility when installing.

    This is just straightforward install and run.
