Well, I would suggest an In-Place Repair using a mounted ISO from MS, but that requires running setup.exe. Catch-22. Next alternative would be a Reset. It would keep ALL your files and data, but you would need to re-install your apps.

ill try, but what about apps that I have bought?

If they have keys, do you have them? If you downloaded them, you should be able to download again. Vendors know this type of thing happens.

System files sound like got corrupted, for some reason. A basic first step. This will take 20-30 minutes, depending on your machine. Be patient.

At an Admin Command prompt, paste this and hit enter. It will attempt to find and correct corrupt system files.

    SFC /SCANNOW

If you ever need to, it will save all your data and all your apps and just re-do system.
