HP Laptop Black Screen on boot

I have a HP Pavilion 17-e019dx laptop running Windows 10 64 bit.... that all of a sudden will not boot. On start up, it just displays a black screen. There are no beeps or words, nor can I hit F8 or ESC or any other keys to get into the bios/utilities/safe mode.

I have unplugged and taken out the battery and held down the power button to do a hard reset, replaced all the memory and replaced the hard drive.........but nothing changes.

It starts to only a blank screen.

    Any ideas, solutions?

    Thanks in advance.

Start the laptop and check to see if the power, caps lock or num lock keys are flashing. If so, see

no beeps or blinking lights. power cord light, start button light and wifi light are all solid white. no num lock light (dont think this model has one at all) or caps lock light (although after a bit, if i push caps lock button, it lights solid white.)

two lights on left side of laptop (not labeled) solid white as well.

    weird??

Try pressing F4 once or twice, to scan for displays. Or connect to secondary display.

F4 did nothing. the laptop does have a VGA port but hooking up monitor displayed nothing

Sorry, should be Fn + F4 (whichever is for display search - could be F5). But blank monitor is bad sign

You have probably checked HP's documents on this issue? If not, try Step 3 here: hp support document/c03518165

Step 3: Recovering the notebook BIOS using a key press combination
When you upgrade the BIOS on your notebook, a copy of the previous BIOS version is stored in the HP_TOOLS partition of your hard drive. Many HP notebook computers have an emergency BIOS recovery feature that allows you to recover and install the last known good version of the BIOS from the hard drive, as long as the hard drive remains functional. This emergency recovery feature is separate from the BIOS and is designed to work in the event of a catastrophic BIOS failure.

Use these steps even if you cannot see anything on the monitor:
    1. Turn off the computer.
    2. Connect the notebook to a power source using the power adapter.
    3. Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time while the computer is off.
    4. While still pressing the Windows key and the B key, hold down the Power button on the notebook for one second, and then release the Power button and the keys.

The power LED light remains on, and the screen remains blank for about 40 seconds. You might hear beeping sounds. Eventually, an HP BIOS Update screen displays, and the BIOS update begins automatically.
If recovering the BIOS did not resolve the blank screen problem, proceed to the next troubleshooting step.

And even getting in the BIOS, display remained blank? I guess screen is dead, then Sometime (with my ancient old HP) it helped (not permanent) to bend the chassis a bit (press on sides - not too much). Just to check any loose connection.

If laptop is still in good shape, I suggest service
