    Welcome to Ten Forums !

Update to the lastest build 17741, 17 Aug, and see if a difference. Also, check the Event Viewer, Drivers, and Internet Connection. If you are using WiFi, often an older model driver (OEM) is needed.

(Also, when time permits update your computer stats in profile. Helps to address issues)

Pages hanging is not a OS or hardware issue. More of a Web Browser problem.

Nobody uses IE anymore. And nobody ever used Edge. Microsoft doesn't know how to make browsers!

    Stick with Chrome.

Then use a different web browser. Chrome and Firefox are far better than Edge.

Don't forget part of the reason for being an Insider is to test Windows 10 stuff, which to me means using Edge, not Chrome or Firefox.
If you have problems with something, submit it via feedback, that's what the Insider program is for.

Chrome or Firefox or any othre browser is fine on your non-insider system.

    Just my $.02 worth.
