    The "lattitude on" notice was on the Dell support page for the E6410 model, thus it would appear to be applicable.

    As this model is not Win 10 support by Dell (no drivers) the 1803 version does exclude some older hardware and may affect this model. I recall seeing several posts on the Dell forums about models not working with 1803 or even 1803 will not install.

    Sorry, I am not familiar with "Lattitude on" option, so I had a look at Dell support, this is what I found:

    I understand that Dell do not support Win10 on this machine, however I have four machines here fully updated running fine.

    Many "non Win 10 supported" PC's work OK with Win 10. But there are those that do not or only marginally work.
