Press Windows Key +R on the keyboard to open the Run dialog. Then enter "thunderbird.exe -p"
Followed this, could not get it to work:

    Hello sadicus,

Depending on what you needed, you could just create a shortcut using the full path of the "thunderbird.exe" file as the location using the "thunderbird.exe -p" command.

    Much like this:

    "C:\Program Files\Firefox Nightly\firefox.exe" -p

... just make sure the space/hyphen/p is outside of the quotation marks.

You could also change the Properties/Target in a uniquely named shortcut to open the profile picker...
    (in your case, Thunderbird)

or, go one further and change the Target to open a specific profile...

Those shortcuts only will open those specific targets.

Try a Search for just thunderbird. By default files extensions aren't shown, may or may not affect the search.

on thunderbird.exe press and hold Shift, right click then choose Copy as path and paste that into your shortcut creation dialog
