Cannot Copy File To Either Of Three USB Flash Drives

Cannot Copy File To Either Of Three USB Flash Drives-filesize.jpg
Why can't I copy the 5.7GB ISO file to either of these three USB Flash Drives?
    Please see attachment.

    Thanks.

Right-click on any of the column headers in File explorer [such as Name, Type, Total size, Free space] and show FileSystem. If the file system is FAT32 that would explain the problem.

Yep, that does it. All three file systems are FAT32. I backed up one of the flash drives, formatted it to NTFS, copied back the files and added more files so the Free Space will be even smaller. Then, I tried copying the 5.7GN file, and Voila, it's copying.

The issue has been driving me in sane for a while now. The issue was just a simple spacial mathematical situation. Now I know why.
    Thanks you so much!

ExFAT would do too. Fat32 is limited to a 4GB max. file size. BTW, MiniTools Partition Wizard can convert the format of a partition without loosing any files. Still a good idea to make backups first, though.
