Classic Shell Screwed Up My Computer

I installed classic shell, played with it for a few minutes, didn't like it, so I uninstalled it. Now, my computer boots all the way up until it gets to the desktop. All it's showing is a black screen with the mouse cursor. It does the same thing when I boot into Safe Mode. What the heck is going on????

I have a new SSD, so i'm just going to do a complete fresh install. I don't need 500GB of storage. I'm downgrading it to 250. Not sure what i'm gonna do with the 500GB.

And just what does that achieve other than giving yourself a future limitation?

It's always better to look at it rather than look for it

That doesn't sound like a Classic Shell problem. Sounds more like the issue I had a few weeks ago and it was because of installing an older theme that didn't work with the version of Win 10 I have now. Ended up having to boot into recovery options, bring up a Command Prompt and then use old DOS commands to delete the offending theme file... then boot into Safe Mode and switch it back to a default theme. Ended up buying a black theme for 1803 for a whole $2.50 and no issues.
