Today, I installed drivers for all devices used on my pc. I also uninstalled all drivers related to mouse and keyboard. Atempted to reboot using another mouse and keyboard, windows 10 had an update so I hit update and restart. So far using the new mouse and keyboard I have had no problems. Thank you all for your responses and the assistance that led to a final solution.

Consider making a brand new restore point and an up to date backup image using Macrium.
    Glad it's fixed.

I'm not sure about the keyboard. It was a walmart blackfriday deal I got back in 2016.

I don't want to mess with anything until I get a restore point and image backup. However, I believe it was the mouse that caused the issues. After doing some investigation into razer mouses they have a history of giving out 2-4 years later.

Anyways thanks again for all the helpful responses.
